Step 1: Visit activate.uhc.com
- Open a browser on your phone, tablet, or computer and go to activate.uhc.com. This is the official page for activating your UHC card securely.
Step 2: Sign In or Create an Account
- If you already have a UHC account, click Sign In and enter your login details
- New users should select Register Now and create an account using their personal information
Make sure your details match the information on your UHC card.
Step 3: Enter Your Card Details
